A meeting dedicated to the presentation of Get it! 4 Oltrepò Pavese, the Call for Impact that promotes the growth of entrepreneurial initiatives—specifically ideas and startups/ETSs—active in the Oltrepò Pavese area. The program aims to enhance the entrepreneurial fabric in the Agritech, Tourism & Hospitality, and Food & Wine sectors, offering empowerment programs, proof-of-concept development with local businesses, and investment opportunities.
The program is promoted as part of “Get it! – Percorso di Valore” by the Giordano Dell’Amore Social Venture Foundation in partnership with Cariplo Factory and Colline e Oltre. It is implemented with the contribution of the Cariplo Foundation and the Monte di Lombardia Foundation, under the patronage of Assolombarda of Pavia, and with the technical support of POYM.

Lorenzo Cordova – Digital Innovation Consultant, FSVGDA
He manages the digital communication channels of the Giordano Dell’Amore Social Venture Foundation. He gained experience in PR and digital PR as a social media manager and digital content editor for several non-profit organizations, including Fondazione Housing Sociale and Fondazione di Comunità Milano.
Matteo Casagrande Paladini – General Manager, Colline e Oltre S.p.a.
He began his working career in the textile sector at Liolà. In 1998 he joined the audit division of KPMG. In 2001 he joined Intesa Sanpaolo where he held various positions. After approximately eight years in investment banking, in 2009 he moved to the Far East as head of the Italian desk in Hong Kong. In 2011 he moved to London as head of international business development for Italian SMEs worldwide. In 2012 he returned to Milan as head of Special Situations. In 2015, he continued his experience in the Corporate Marketing Department of the Banca dei Territori Division, dealing with Business Development activities, then moving on to the Veneto, FVG and TAA Department in the role of coordinating territorial relations. In 2021 he began a new experience in the Agribusiness Department which led him to his current position.
Rinaldo Canzi – Director, Giordano Dell’Amore Social Venture Foundation
He is responsible for selecting, structuring, and managing impact investment transactions and providing advisory services for extraordinary financial transactions. Previously, he worked for Fondazione Housing Sociale in the structuring of social housing transactions, held the role of Fund Analyst at Credit Agricole Asset Management, Portfolio Specialist at JPMorgan Private Bank and Risk Manager and Senior Analyst at IN Alternative Sgr.
Marco Noseda – Chief Impact and Strategy Officer, Cariplo Factory
Over ten years of experience developing innovation projects with a focus on public-private programs and Open Innovation platforms. After an MBA from SDA Bocconi, he began his career in management consulting and later specialized in building collaborative ecosystems that integrate scientific research, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Today, he leads the strategic development of Cariplo Factory, promoting community innovation initiatives and strengthening connections between the public, private, and social economy.
Alessandro Colosi – President, POYM Aps
Manager with over 20 years of experience, gained in international contexts, in the conception, development, go-to-market, and management of highly innovative projects, with a particular focus on organization, processes, omnichannel, and Digital Transformation. After a Master’s in Marketing & Sales, he spent 14 years developing the Mediaset Group’s most important digital projects. He then began a career as a consultant, collaborating with some of Italy’s leading consulting firms and holding temporary management roles for large international groups.
